Some ways to judge the quality of Cement

1. Bag should have BIS mark.
2. Cement should be smooth and silky when rubbed
     between thumb and forefinger. (Fineness)
3. No lump should be visible
5. Check manufacturing date for freshness of cement
6. Packing should be done in polythene bags
7. Cement should not feel warm when hand is inserted in bag
